PRELIMINARY NOTES ON SITE DEPLOYMENT

Our Hannebu XIII “Wotan’s Eye" transport craft made planetfall at coordinates 40.7128°N, 74.0060°W, at 0600 hours. Despite concerns about the radiation storms over the former Eastern Seaboard, the craft’s Thule-pattern shielding performed admirably. Our equipment was unloaded without incident, including standard-issue archaeological gear and the several pieces of specialized equipment we have secured from the Reichsarchäologische Abteilung for the purposes of this expedition:

One (1) Elektrogravitische Hebemaschine (EG-H) Mark V for delicate artifact extraction.

Two (2) Vril-powered soil analysis units.

One (1) Standard Wehrmacht Exoskeleton for heavy lifting operations.

 

SITE ESTABLISHMENT

The jungle that has claimed the ancient ruins of Manhattan stands as testament to the inevitable triumph of the natural order over the decadent chaos that was the pre-War era. We established our base camp beneath the twisted vines and radioactive canopy, exactly where Reichsführer Schneider had seen traces of these buried American metropolises in 2989 (see H. E. Schneider’s, Die Verlorenen Städte des Entarteten Zeitalters).

Our expedition's Siegfried-VII atmospheric pods were set up amidst the crumbling ruins of primitive sky-structures that once pierced the heavens - a poetic justice, as noted by SS-Oberführer Dr. Glöde in his celebrated holocasts for the Völkischer Wissenschaftsrundfunk. The mighty towers of ancient Manhattan, once symbols of materialistic excess and the dominance of the profane, are now reduced to fertile soil that gives rise to a dense tropical forest.

 

RECRUITMENT OF INDIGENOUS LABOR

The local tribe’s natural immunity to radiation, while demonstrating the curious paths of post-War evolution, has proven invaluable to the needs of our expedition. Their primitive minds, unburdened by the complexities of modern civilized society, make them ideal workers for the hazardous excavation zones where our equipment is ill-suited to operate. They show particular resistance to the lingering death-fog, a fact that, to my mind, seems to support Race-Colonel von Kleist’s controversial theories published in Strahlungsresistenz der Untermenschen (Verlag des Instituts für Rassenbiologie, 3005).

 

EXCAVATION METHODOLOGY

The Elektrogravitische Hebemaschine proved essential for the most delicate extractions after the natives had cleared the way, its zero-point energy field allowing us to lift fragile artifacts without degradation. The Wehrmacht Exoskeleton's hydraulic assist systems made short work of clearing major debris, while its in-built Geiger sensors automatically flagged radioactive artifacts.

The Vril-powered soil analysis units, calibrated to detect trace remnants of pre-War materials, led us directly to several significant discoveries as we shall presently discuss. Their ability to penetrate the chronological strata while filtering out radiation interference is of paramount importance when conducting archaeological excavations in the condemned areas of the globe.

 

SIGNIFICANT DISCOVERIES

On the seventh day of the expedition, after we were finally able to adequately remove the dig site’s top layers of vegetation and contaminated soil, we came across several discoveries that far surpassed our initial expectations. Beneath fourteen feet of irradiated soil, we uncovered what can only be described as a shrine to the heretical belief system known as “pop culture” –a fascinating example of pre-War spiritual degeneracy, described in detail by Dr. Harrison's landmark study Theological Degeneration in Late Industrial Society (Reichsinstitut für Vorkriegsstudien, 3001).

 

ANALYSIS OF CULT ARTIFACTS

The shrine contains numerous figurines of what the ancients considered as “heroes” and worshiped accordingly both in their public and private life. These figurines of thermoplastic polymer were once vividly painted with fossil-based synthetic colors and, as cult items, reveal much about the psychological degeneracy of pre-War mankind, exactly per the theory expounded in Professor von Straussler’s Katalog der Vorkrieglichen Kultartefakte (Zentralarchiv der Neuen Ahnenerbe, 3012). Namely, the following figurines were excavated at the site:

1. The “Superman” figure which represents a remarkable discovery: clear evidence that pre-War society retained fragmentary racial memories of the Ancient Aryan High Culture. The figurine’s powerfully Nordic features, draped in colors matching those of recorded Thule-Atlantean ceremonial garments, suggests a distant but direct connection to ancestral collective memory. The “S” rune emblazoned on its chest bears striking similarity to symbols found in the Hyperborean tablets recovered during Operation Nordlicht (2988). Of particular interest is the deity’s ability to draw power from what the ancients superficially understood as “the sun” - a clear reference to the Black Sun worship of our Aryan forebears, though misunderstood by the pre-War primitives. As Reichsführer von Schäfer explains in Uralte Wahrheit: Die Arische Abstammung des Über-Manns (Neue Ahnenerbe-Stiftung Verlag, 3009), this “Superman” deity’s powers - flight, invulnerability, superhuman strength - are clearly degraded remembrances of the actual capabilities of the Ancient Aryan Übermenschen, whose blood now flows pure again in the Reich’s enhanced warrior elite. The degenerates of pre-War America, though unable to fully comprehend its significance, maintained this echo of racial memory through this form of primitive worship.

   
   

2. The “Iron Man” figurine represents a fascinating example of pre-War humanity’s unconscious yearning for technological supremacy. The crude armor design, powered by what they called an “Arc Reactor” (clearly a primitive understanding of Vril-force principles), shows how these people dreamed of achieving what the Reich has now made manifest through our Kampfpanzerungssystem. As Dr. von Weber demonstrates in Träume der Schwachen: Vorkriegsfantasien der Kampftechnologie (Technische Hochschule Neu-Berlin, 3008), these ritual objects betray a deep racial memory of the advanced technologies once wielded by our Thulian ancestors. The integration of man and machine depicted in this idol, while laughably primitive by our standards, suggests that even in their degraded state, pre-War humans retained some vestigial understanding of the warrior-machine synthesis that would only be fully realized in our modern Einherjer program. Their childlike worship of this armored figure shows how they could only dream of what we have achieved through racial and technological discipline.

   
   

3. The “Wonder Woman” artifact appears to be a Magyar warrior-priestess deity, likely representing the pre-War attempts to revive primitive Hunnic-American fertility cults. Her ritualistic attire, bearing solar and stellar motifs, strongly suggests Turanic-Asiatic influence on the degenerate late American culture. As Dr. Meyer details in Völkische Fruchtbarkeitskulte: Der Magyarische Einfluss auf Vorkriegs-Amerika (Institut für Gesellschaftliche Reinheit, 3010), the exaggerated feminine attributes combined with warrior symbolism clearly indicate a corruption of natural order by Asiatic mysticism. The golden serpentine binding around the figure’s arms likely represents the ancient Magyar snake-goddess Tündér Ilona, while the stellar crown suggests connection to pre-Aryan astral worship practices. 4. Two grotesque theriomorphic figurines (designated “Hulk” and “Beast”) possibly provide startling evidence of pre-War genetic experimentation programs. Based on the research of Reichsführer von Thaler in his Mutationsexperimente der Vorkriegszeit: Eine Warnung (Institut für Rassenbiologie, 3007), these figures appear to be ritualized representations of actual biological aberrations created through primitive atomic science. The “Hulk” deity, with its mutation triggered by gamma radiation, bears striking similarity to classified photographs from the Reich Archives documenting the results of American attempts to replicate early Aryan enhancement protocols. The “Beast” figurine, with its obvious devolution into a more primitive form, represents the dangers of uncontrolled genetic science without proper racial ethics protocols in place. Of particular interest are the laboratory notes recovered from a fragmentary document also excavated at the site, titled “The Banner Archives”, suggesting these were not mere cautionary icons, but indeed documented cases of pre-War science overreaching its biological understanding. These findings validate the Reich’s current strict control of genetic enhancement technologies under the Reinheit der Wissenschaft protocols established after the Great Cleansing.

 

THEOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS

The recovery of numerous documents that appear to be sacred codices, inscribed through a sophisticated pictographic system combining image and text-glyphs, represents a significant breakthrough in our understanding of pre-War religious practices. These holy books, bound in thin sheets of processed wood pulp and preserved through primitive chemical treatments, display a complexity of theological narrative that challenges our previous assumptions about pre-War spiritual sophistication. As Dr. Bachmeier suggests in Bilderschriften des Untergangs: Die Geheimen Kulte der Vorkriegszeit (Reichsakademie der Wissenschaften, 2995), these texts utilized an advanced form of psychological conditioning through the careful arrangement of images and glyphs, suggesting their creators possessed certain esoteric knowledge. Dr. Bachmeier even goes so far as to state that these were known as “Comic Books”, so as to conceal their true purpose from the unsuspecting masses and achieve maximum proselytization.

Most intriguingly, the theological structure of the corpus of these “Comic Books” now in our possession seems to be clearly divided into two rival Mystery Schools: the “Marvel” and “DC” traditions. According to Professor Anderson’s seminal work Die Zwillingskulte: Theologische Spaltungen der Alten Welt (Institut für Theologische Archäologie, 3011), this duality likely represents an unconscious preservation of ancient Aryan principles. The “Marvel” school, with its emphasis on genetic mutation and technological advancement, appears to encode corrupted memories of early Aryan enhancement science. On the other hand, the “DC” tradition, focused on godlike beings and mystical forces, suggests lingering cultural memories of Thule-Atlantean powers. Both schools maintained vast networks of temples (termed “Comic Bookstores”, according to Dr. Bachmeier’s translations) where initiates would gather weekly to obtain new sacred texts and votive figurines for their shrines, often engaging in zealous theological disputations.

 

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This site represents an invaluable opportunity to study the decline of pre-War civilization. As Reich-Professor von Müller noted in his Handbuch der Rassischen Archäologie (Zentralverlag des Reiches, 3010), understanding the failures of the past is crucial to maintaining the purity and strength of our future hopes.

I hereby formally request an additional funding allocation of 50,000 Großgermanische-Mark (GGM) from the Reichskommissariat für Historische Forschung (see also attached application form, Ref: RKHF-3015-MH/238-B) to extend the approved excavation period by three months. This sum includes:

15,000 GGM for continued operation of the Hannebu XIII craft and associated Vril-power systems.

2,000 GGM for replacement Thule-pattern radiation shields.

8,000 GGM for indigenous labor compensation (molecular protein packs).

7,000 GGM for equipment maintenance and calibration.

5,000 GGM for artifact preservation and transport.

3,000 GGM for additional Vril-power cells for the Kampfpanzerungssystem.

The wealth of anthropological data on this site could prove crucial to our ongoing efforts at the Institut für Kulturelle Überlegenheit to document the defunct civilizations of the past and learn from their mistakes and heresies that ultimately led to their well-deserved downfall.

 

ADDENDUM

Most intriguing is the possibility, first suggested by Dr. Schmidt in Prophezeiung des Reiches in Primitiver Kunst (3013), that these “superhero” cults of the past millennium represented a primitive yearning for the very order and strength that our Reich would eventually bring to the world.
